TTMT #308 - jewells68 - April 30, 2019 - Fowl Play Finite!

So excited to have finished the chicken quilt. All fabrics used in this quilt were donated, with the small exception of a few bits from my stash used in the two paper-pieced chicken blocks. Don't be afraid to play with scraps!

TTMT #307 - jewells68 - April 23, 2019 - Fowl Play

Fowl Play is an assortment of random scraps from panels that had been fussy cut within an inch of their lives and the leftover cut up remnants were donated to Project Linus. My mission, save them from the trash can and turn them into a cohesive quilt of some kind. Challenge Accepted!

TTMT #306 - jewells68 - April 16, 2019 - Dino Bits

In which I show you some recent fabric donations I brought home from Project Linus last weekend, along with my finished Linus quilt. I also brought home some of this lovely lady's book collection, to go through and see if I wanted to save any of the patterns, but I totally forgot to show you those! So I will try to remember to show you those next week.

Thanks again for the green and yellow quilt top, Susan!

TTMT #305 - jewells68 - April 9, 2019 - I Love a Piano

In which I briefly (for once!) show the border I'm working on for my 2018 Swap Block Quilt as well as what I need to get done this week. Strip piecing is pretty fun, y'all!

TTMT #304 - jewells68 - April 2, 2019 - I'm Mostly Talk

In which I talk about why I am not showing much. I do show you some pillowcases and a snippet of the 2018 swap blocks quilt. Having some issues with my 3/4 size Kenmore that I've been piecing with, so I am about to switch back to the full size convertible Kenmore for the time being, maybe for some paper-piecing and binding that Linus quilt I already finished quilting. See, more talk, blah blah blah. See you next week!
