TTMT #312 - jewells68 - May 28, 2019 - Charming May

In which I show off a new quilt top from some (72!) of the squares I cut from the fabric Susan sent me. Constructed following the tutorial from Missouri Star Quilt Co "Charm Squares on Point", but didn't add second border because it's for Project Linus so it doesn't need to be quite that big. Forgot to mention I "brewed" up some "Fabric Elixir" in my cauldron this weekend... home made pressing spray using the recipe Jennifer posted ages ago. I'm loving it so far! Guess I better start sewing up some more squares.

TTMT #311 - jewells68 - May 21, 2019 - Sew. Much. Fabric!

In which I show you the awesome box of fabric received from Susan in NC. Her generous gift will make the backs (and fronts!) of many a Project Linus quilt to come! And maybe a TTMT swap quilt, too! My accuquilt go is getting quite the workout this week!

TTMT #310 - jewells68 - May 15, 2019 - Quick Chick(ens)

Fowl Play is quilted and bound! Just have to bury a couple threads and add the Project Linus label before washing ans storing it til the June meeting. Woohoo! Also, I found my camera! We are back in HD, baby. :)

TTMT #309 - jewells68 - May 7, 2019 - Frameless

Hope the video looks ok, using an older camera this week. I am seriously getting concerned about my brain and possibly early senility. I have lost my camera that Jennifer gave me for my birthday a few years ago. I love it so much, but I'm pretty sure at this point that it fell into one of the boxes I donated to goodwill last week. Thankfully I have a backup (that ALSO used to belong to Jennifer) so at least I was able to record a video this week. I didn't want to miss!

I talk about the state of the project room, the state of my quilting setup, and what's on the horizon, as well as what's in progress right now. Also a crappy hat to visor redo. Fun times!
